By the way, I've managed to contact Microsoft Support Agent that told me to create a local account that doesn't connected to MIcrosoft account on my laptop and test run the PowerPoint, and it did solve the problem. So I guess the problem is my old account that somehow corrupted and it affect the Powerpoint.
